Role and Responsibilities

As a Kindergarten Assistant, you will work alongside our teaching team to support children in their learning journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing the Montessori Method to inspire and guide children
• Creating and maintaining engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments
• Assisting children with various needs to develop social skills
• Demonstrating good time management and organizational skills
• Continuously learning and sharing knowledge with the team

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• At least 3 years of AMI training and experience
• Previous Montessori ECE work experience in New Zealand
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A legal right to work in New Zealand

Remuneration and Application Process

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $29.66 to $32.00.
