Job Title: H&S Advisor / Office Administrator / Despatch Co-ordinator

Roading Solutions is currently seeking a versatile individual to join their team in a multifaceted role. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out duties related to health and safety advisory, office administration, and dispatch coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making
  • Multi-task effectively to handle various responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly through excellent written and verbal skills
  • Manage and apply risk assessment in daily tasks
  • Track and maintain all health and safety documents and records
  • Ensure compliance with client health and safety requirements
  • Handle incidents and investigate claims as needed
  • Implement health and safety initiatives and conduct employee inductions
  • Engage with employees to communicate and consult on health and safety matters
  • Perform general administrative tasks and assist with dispatch coordination

Requirements

  • Must have NZ residency or a valid work visa
  • All new employees must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Hold an unrestricted class 1 NZ driver's license

Benefits
