In this role, you will enjoy the autonomy to work independently while also cultivating strong relationships across the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations for the team. You will be the ultimate process master, adept at managing multiple diaries, gathering data for reports, updating documentation, and implementing procedures.
Key Duties:
- Arrange travel and lodging reservations
- Handle budgeting and generate periodic reports
- Manage team time efficiently by scheduling meetings, events, and deadlines
- Organize meetings and catering
- Prioritize tasks such as proofreading, formatting, and distributing documents
Requirements:
- Proven administration background
- High level of computer literacy, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
- Good sense of humor, energy, and enthusiasm
- Incredible attention to detail
