Job responsibilities:

- **Accounts:** Manage payroll, onboarding processes, compliance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, Xero accounting, asset register - **Finances:** Prepare financial reports, budgeting, grants, audits, records maintenance - **Funding:** Submit applications, manage grant reporting, ensure accuracy in financial reports - **Office Management:** Manage office supplies, EFTPOS machine, printer, merchandise, uniforms, liaise with other offices and the gym, address staff requirements

Qualifications:

- Advanced experience in office management, finance, and funding - Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for charitable organizations

Skills:

- High level of experience in similar roles - Experience in budget management and accounting - Experience working with people with disabilities - Experience in funding applications
