This event unites nations and cultures to celebrate creativity, diversity, friendship, and peace. The 2024 Games will be held in Auckland, from July 10 to 20, marking the first time the event is hosted in New Zealand.

As the Operations Co-ordinator for the World Choir Games 2024, you will play a significant support role in ensuring the successful delivery of one of the world's most significant choral events. You will be an essential part of the Operations Team, providing administrative and operational services to contribute to the high-standard delivery of the Games.

Skills and Qualifications

As the Operations Co-ordinator, you will bring a proven track record in event, festival, or venue delivery. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders will be crucial, along with knowledge of health and safety regulations for major events. A minimum of two years' experience in co-ordination, especially in a large-scale event or festival setting, is required. Familiarity with te ao and tikanga Māori principles will be an advantage.
