Position Details

- Position: Operations Controller - Industry: Security - Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 24/7 - Work Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off - Shift Timings: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Responsibilities of an Operations Controller

As the Operations Controller, you will be responsible for various key tasks, including: - Comprehensive management of all operational duties - Efficient handling of customer key management processes - Effective management of employee schedules and shifts - Timely generation of accurate reports related to security operations - Prompt response to incidents and proper escalation when necessary - Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements for the Role

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements: - Possession of a valid and clean driver's license - Green Certificate of Approval (COA) issued by the New Zealand Ministry of Justice - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security supervisor role - Familiarity with security patrols and related protocols
