Job Description

As part of our growing Operations engineering team, we are seeking individuals with diverse skills to join us in various engineering roles, including graduate positions. In this role, you will be involved in optimizing manufacturing processes, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include problem-solving, root cause analysis, project management, and technical documentation in a fast-paced production environment.

About You

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor of Engineering degree, ideally with 1-2 years of manufacturing experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential, along with a good grasp of LEAN manufacturing principles and proficiency in 3-D modelling packages like Solidworks. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in challenging situations are key traits we value.
