About the Role

We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for our Practice Network to oversee and provide crucial support to our 40+ practices spread across Auckland. As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the practice network, assisting practices in meeting health targets, showcasing their performance, and facilitating continuous communication on primary care development at regional and national levels.

Qualifications and Benefits

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a relevant tertiary/management qualification or have extensive experience in primary health, including contract and people management. Our office is conveniently located near motorway access with free parking. The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
