With a mix of night and day shift responsibilities, you will work in a dynamic environment where you will be exposed to specialty cleaning equipment and processes.

### Responsibilities: - **Workplace Health & Safety**: Drive a strong culture of workplace health and safety at all sites. - **Compliance & Quality Assurance**: Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, site safety, and security measures. - **Leadership & Support**: Provide leadership, direction, and support to site managers and supervisors. - **Client Relationships**: Develop rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. - **Continuous Improvement**: Identify trends and present solutions for business improvement. - **Professional Development**: Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to employees.
