Role Responsibilities

As the Head of Operations, you will be a key member of the Chelsea Leadership Team, responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Operations function. Your role involves overseeing various departments such as Refinery Production, Packing Production, Engineering, EHS, Quality, and NPD to ensure operational excellence, product quality, safety, and environmental standards are met. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.

Key Deliverables

• Lead and grow a high-performance culture within the organization
• Develop and execute strategic plans for operational efficiencies and cost optimization
• Drive sustainability initiatives and meet targets by 2030
• Manage a team of 143 employees across shifts while ensuring safety and quality standards
• Oversee the implementation of the EHS plan and maintain accountability for safety and environmental practices
