About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on a wide range of employment law issues
• Handle both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Guide clients through effective dispute resolution
• Mentor less experienced lawyers and build strong teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant NZ employment law experience
• Current NZ legal practicing certificate
• Client-centric approach with exceptional service delivery
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in employment law
• Strategic vision and leadership capabilities
