Job requirements

- **Previous administrative experience in a detail-focused role**
- **Previous Payroll and Time & Attendance experience (Datacom and HumanForce desirable)**
- **Experience in a fast-paced environment**
- **Excellent organization and prioritization skills**
- **Working knowledge of employment legislation, HR, and Payroll processes and administration**
- **Strong MS Office skills particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word**

Job responsibilities

- Processing payrolls, monthly and weekly using an outsourced system
- HR and Onboarding documentation, contracts, employment documentation, etc.
- First line of advice for HR and Payroll queries
- Managing HR and Payroll and Time & Attendance systems (Datacom, HumanForce, Success Factors, and Smart Recruiters)
- Supporting the HR Team in key People and Engagement initiatives
- Managing HR Metrics and Reporting

- **Enjoy working with systems and processes with a continuous improvement mindset**
- **Ability to pick up new systems quickly (SAP, Success Factors, and Smart Recruiters an advantage)**
