Job requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a payroll role in a NZ company - Excellent working knowledge of Holidays Act and NZ Payroll legislation - Analytical, organized, and accurate approach with an eye for detail - Ability to work well under pressure and guide a small team - Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities - Experience in team management - System implementation experience desired
Qualifications:
- Wealth of experience in NZ payroll legislation - Ability to handle confidential data professionally
