What You'll Be Doing

As our People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing HR generalist support, including employee engagement, recruitment, talent management, and ensuring best HR practices are implemented throughout the organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

  • HR advisory
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • HR analytics and reporting
  • Employee engagement
  • Employee relations
  • Talent management
  • HR projects

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HRBP. Exposure to global companies would be beneficial for this role. Please note that applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand with a valid visa and be currently present in the country.
