What You'll Bring to the Role

To excel in the People & Culture Lead position, we are looking for candidates with a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in HR management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
