The Role: Personal Assistant
Sky is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to support the Executive team and contribute to the company's success. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the Executive Team members, managing schedules, handling communications, and assisting with travel arrangements. Embracing Māori language and customs in the workplace culture is encouraged while upholding health and safety standards.
What You Will Bring
Essential:
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously
- Previous experience in a highly dynamic organization
