Role Description

This busy and varied role requires a strong admin skillset and offers the opportunity to make it your own. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Private Wealth Management Adviser Teams by handling a range of administrative functions. This hands-on role involves tasks such as onboarding new clients, managing client correspondence, coordinating transfers, and assisting with events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Private Wealth Management Adviser Teams
  • Onboarding new clients and being the point of contact for existing clients
  • Producing and distributing client correspondence
  • Monitoring settlements and coordinating transfers
  • Responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Engaging with stakeholders and ensuring AML compliance
  • Assisting with event and meeting logistics

Qualifications and Skills
