Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality assessments and rehabilitation services
• Work in a multidisciplinary team to provide service excellence
• Monitor client progress and goals
• Develop reports and collaborate with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and professional registration
• Current full NZ driver’s license
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred
