Position Available:

As a leader in the industry, Metro Performance Glass is seeking a talented individual to oversee the overall performance of their Christchurch plant. The role involves managing staff across manufacturing, planning, engineering, and dispatch functions. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who can drive growth, development, and operational excellence within the plant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-volume technical manufacturing environment
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional products and customer experiences
• Ability to lead teams through periods of change
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, 5S, or 6 Sigma
• Proven safety leadership skills
• Experience in structured manufacturing environments
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
