Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of professional clinical care
• Vaccinations and smears
• Health assessments
• Wound care
• Diabetes management
• Smoking cessation support
• Spirometry and drug testing
• Coordinate patient care
• Engage in health education with patients
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Efficient communication with the healthcare team

About You

If you are competent in chronic disease management and wound care, compassionate, committed to continuous quality improvement, and professional development, this role offers a great opportunity for you. You should enjoy working collaboratively with both health and non-health professionals and be proficient in using Medtech Evolution (desirable).

Required Experience

• Minimum 18 months of Practice Nursing experience in New Zealand
• Current Annual Practising Certificate from the NZ Nursing Council
• Current Authorised Vaccinators Certificate
• Current Smear Taker Certificate
• Eligibility to work permanently in NZ
• Excellent command of the English language

Location: Newmarket Auckland

Benefit: $32 to $45 per hour (depending on experience)
