About Early Autism Services

Early Autism Services is a rapidly growing provider of Autism Services in Victoria. With roots in the USA since 2008 and expanding to Australia in 2019, EAS offers Allied Health and Behaviour Support Services in community and clinic settings. Our mission is to raise autism awareness, advocate for understanding, and promote inclusive practices through collaborations with various organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the allied health team
  • Provide evidence-informed assessment and intervention
  • Supervise and support the Speech Pathology team
  • Deliver best-practice Speech Pathology services
  • Conduct consultations and workshops to raise awareness
  • Liaise with the Executive Team on program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Quality team on compliance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects

Qualifications and Skills Required

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Speech Pathology Degree recognized by Speech Pathology Australia
  • Clearances including Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Certifications in First Aid and CPR
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
