About the Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will have the chance to influence the creation and review of regulatory standards and guidance material, ensuring they align with their intended purpose. By coaching team members, enhancing processes, and conducting quality reviews, you will play a key role in driving excellence within the team.

Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in coaching and influencing stakeholders
  • Ability to translate legislation into practical standards
  • Demonstrated expertise in regulatory documentation
  • Excellent risk-based decision-making skills
  • Understanding of national and system-wide perspectives

About You

We are seeking a candidate with a passion for creating impactful standards and guidance within the transport industry. Your ability to collaborate, think strategically, and ensure compliance with legislative frameworks will be essential in this role. Knowledge of Te Ao Māori and tikanga is preferred but not mandatory.
