Job requirements
- Degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, or Business, Finance, Information Technology related field - Minimum 15 years of asset management experience - Minimum five years of analysis and reporting of complex AM/FM data - Extensive knowledge of IIMM and ISO5500x - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, especially Power BI
Job responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for company's transport assets - Develop and implement asset management strategies and plans - Analyze asset data for performance trends and forecasts - Lead production of 10 & 30-year investment plans for transportation infrastructure - Collaborate with asset planning team and wider asset management functions - Support funding request programs (RLTP) - Provide subject matter advice and expertise in AM/FM planning and engineering - Mentor staff in asset management practice - Participate in transport sector workgroups
Qualifications
- Degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, or Business, Finance, Information Technology related field - Minimum 15 years of asset management experience
Skills
