Job responsibilities

• Implement strategies to grow the service department and overall business
• Manage Work in Progress levels and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Ensure margins for branch service and repairs meet or exceed budget
• Ensure a strong Health & Safety compliance culture
• Provide quality service to customers
• Enhance Employee Experience through communication, coaching, and career development

Qualifications

• Trade Certificate/National Certificate in Automotive Heavy Engineering Level 3 or 4 with strand in Plant & Equipment or equivalent
• Full New Zealand Driver's License

Skills

• Skilled leader and exceptional organizer and planner
• Proven track record in service side of the business including staff management
• Excellent decision-making and prioritizing skills
