Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in management or team leadership.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Essential certifications such as CCNA; CCNP, CCIE preferred.
• Proficiency in Cisco technologies, Data Centre networking, BGP, VOIP, and Disaster Recovery.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundation principles.
