Graduate Program Details

CMW Geosciences offers a comprehensive graduate program for 2024/25 with three intake periods in July 2024, November 2024, and January 2025. Graduates will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and gain hands-on experience in the field.

Job Description

Graduates at CMW Geosciences will be treated as industry professionals from the beginning. They will receive training, work on practical field tasks, and have access to senior technical staff for guidance. Unlike larger organizations, CMW Geosciences ensures that graduates are exposed to various aspects of the business and are given the opportunity to manage projects within 2-4 years.

Requirements

• Civil Engineering, Geology, or Earth Science Degree
• Ability to perform strenuous field work tasks
• Willingness to travel when required
• Full New Zealand or Australian driver's license
• Passion for working outdoors and geology
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
