The Role

As a Civil Design Engineer overseeing land development projects in Auckland, you'll lead a team of experienced engineers to ensure project success. You'll have the autonomy to coordinate team efforts, liaise with clients and contractors, and oversee project timelines. Working alongside Senior Engineers, you'll contribute to projects using AutoCAD and Civil3D tools, conduct site inspections, and monitor construction progress.

About You

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Land Development and proven leadership skills in an engineering environment. You should possess a deep understanding of regulations governing civil projects and be adept at mentoring and supporting team members. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for engaging with stakeholders and achieving mutual project goals.
