Principal/Senior Civil Engineer Full-time Job

The Role

As a Principal working alongside the civil business leader, your responsibilities will include representing the company across projects. You will provide technical insights to clients, contractors, and councils, maintain strong business relations, develop existing business, and attract new clients. Additionally, you will lead the engineering team, coordinate their work, provide support and guidance, ensure quality assurance of drafts, models, and designs, and uphold a high standard of technical work.

About You

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management and Civil 3D designs for various land development projects. You should possess a deep understanding of regulations and standards in civil land development, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers through all engineering stages. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be representing the business and articulating technical engineering insights to different audiences.

Location and Compensation

Location: Auckland Central
Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per annum + Annual Bonus
