Located in East Tamaki, Highbrook, this is a permanent role for a skilled Product Manager to join the consumer team at NZ Post.
About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the development, delivery, and lifecycle management of products and services within the Consumer portfolio. This includes ensuring growth, profitability, and the delivery of innovative products that meet customer needs and exceed business goals. The role involves day-to-day product tasks and project deliverables, requiring strong communication, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of product management disciplines.
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing products and services to drive positive business outcomes. Key requirements include managing consumer product roadmaps, monitoring key product performance metrics, collaborating with the Consumer team on go-to-market strategies, and ensuring products are market-ready. Other essential qualifications include a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related fields, multiple years of product management experience, commercial acumen, customer focus, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.
