- Full-time production co-ordinator position - Remote work from New Zealand - Must work from 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday, NZ time - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive) - Ability to self-manage and work in a fast-paced environment - No TV production experience required, full training provided

Job requirements:

- Able to work from 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday, NZ time - Able to self-manage - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive) - Experience coordinating or scheduling teams or events - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Job responsibilities:

- Produce and run production schedules - Manage filming permits and COI - Manage external and internal stakeholders and facilitate deliverables - Create and manage filming call sheets and release forms - Start date mid-late January

Qualifications:

- No TV production experience needed - Full training will be provided
