Join Our Team in Glenfield, Auckland

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Glenfield, Auckland, NZ. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for achieving production goals, maintaining quality standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

As a Production Manager at ARYZTA, your key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring production objectives and schedules are met
• Providing leadership to the production teams
• Minimizing manufacturing costs and maximizing efficiency
• Coordinating services provided by different departments
• Managing spending against budget and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Driving a culture of safety and operational excellence

Requirements for the Role

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in people leadership
• Qualifications in food/bakery or management (advantageous)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• IT skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivation and cross-functional collaboration skills
