- **Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):** Maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading safety initiatives within the team - **Operational Processes:** Overseeing production processes, managing production planning in SAP, and ensuring efficient stock rotation - **Food Safety and Product Quality:** Ensuring products meet quality specifications, adhering to food safety programmes, and maintaining housekeeping routines - **People Leadership:** Building and leading a strong team, conducting training, managing staff performance, and ensuring effective communication - **Continuous Improvement (CI):** Leading CI initiatives, contributing to 5S rollouts, and driving production efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- Leadership skills - Baking/food technology or related qualifications - Proficiency in using SAP for production planning - Knowledge of OH&S, GMP, HACCP, and continuous improvement principles
Skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills - Strong communication, numeracy, literacy, and interpersonal skills - Ability to problem solve, be solutions-focused, and make the right decision in a pressurized environment - Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen (previous experience desirable)
