Job requirements:

  • Experience within sales support/coordination
  • Understanding of the electrical/lighting industry
  • Confident with processing orders, quotes, and customer enquiries
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines and track lead progress
  • Experience in preparing proposals, quotes and sales documentation
  • Intermediate level with excel - confident with pivot tables
  • Experience with warranty/electrical diagnosis on product issues is desired

Job responsibilities:

  • Preparing quotes and proposals
  • Liaising with freight companies across Australia, China and Europe to ensure lighting products are arriving on time for fit out projects
  • Managing and tracking freight schedules
  • Responding to wholesaler queries
  • Corresponding with manufacturers for queries and customisation to lighting products and specifications
  • Managing warranty/electrical diagnosis on product issues
  • Placing and checking orders with local and international suppliers
  • General technical and sales support duties
