If so, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing multiple projects across various departments and stakeholders, guaranteeing timely and efficient delivery.

#### Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee projects from initiation to completion - Support team leaders and executives in tasks such as report preparation and communication - Record and report meeting minutes, project status, and follow-ups - Maintain accurate project documentation and update internal company software - Manage office administration and ensure office upkeep

### Ideal Candidate Qualifications

#### Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, or engineering - Minimum of two years of experience in project coordination, administration, or management

#### Skills and Abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
