**Job Responsibilities**

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects to ensure their successful delivery. This includes maintaining regular communication with project team members, site managers, subcontractors, and consultants, while proactively monitoring commercial and contractual issues. You will also be tasked with overseeing project costs, ensuring measurements are accurate, monitored, and agreed upon, all while upholding OSH and compliance standards.

**Key Requirements**

- A tertiary qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, or engineering - 10+ years of experience managing a mix of small to medium-sized projects under $20M - Solid knowledge of the local construction market and relevant commercial construction legislation - Ability to lead and performance manage construction teams effectively - Proficiency in programming and strong financial management skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills
