Role Overview

As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing civil construction projects from start to finish. This includes project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as fostering relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental management systems
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license
