Job responsibilities:

- Feasibility work - Design coordination and planning - Ensuring all resource and building consents are obtained - Project planning and programming - Procurement including Tender management - Budgeting and cost management - Health and safety management - Risk management - Managing a project team through design and construction delivery - Business development

Qualifications:

- **Relevant tertiary degree/diploma or other similar qualification** - **PMI Project Management Professional Certification desired**

Skills:

- **Great communication and interpersonal skills** - **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills** - **Experience with Microsoft Project software** - **Good computer skills, proficient with MS office applications** - **Strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients would be advantageous** - **MOE experience is desirable but not essential**
