About the role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for running your own commercial fit-out projects, with a focus on projects up to $3 million in value. Your responsibilities will include preparing budgets and estimates, client interface and management, design management, program management, QS and budget management, and overseeing internal staff and subcontractors.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working as a Project Manager in the New Zealand market, specifically in commercial fit-out projects. A relevant qualification is preferred, and exposure to the local market is essential.
