The Role

As a Consultant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in dealing directly with clients and coordinating other consultants and contractors on commercial property construction projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the high-quality delivery of key projects, managing project finances, design, procurement, and contract management. Whether working on smaller projects independently or as part of a team on major projects, you will be at the forefront of project success.

Key Requirements

• 2 - 6 years of experience in building science, engineering, architecture, or construction management
• Experience working as a consultant project manager
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong professional communication skills
