Job responsibilities

• Practical understanding of construction space particularly in regards to large scale Interior fit out projects
• Client side experience of Project Management
• Ensure projects financials and timelines are met
• Reviewing project specifications and plans and scheduling
• Knowledge of procurement procedures for design and construction projects
• Make sure health and safety standards are adhered to
• Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and clients
• Building and maintaining healthy working relationships with key clients

Qualifications

• 5 years + experience
• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline

Skills

• Experience with Procore highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, able to work well in a team as well as when being client facing
• Motivated individual with a positive attitude
