Job responsibilities

- Manage construction site daily in coordination with Site Managers/Supervisors - Deliver projects on time and within budget - Financial forecasting, planning, and reporting - Provide technical oversight and programming sign-off - Manage stakeholder engagement and client relationships - Ensure health and safety compliance through site inspections

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of relevant civil construction experience - Tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience - Understanding of job pricing and contract laws such as NZS 3910, Construction Contracts Act, and NEC Contracts

Skills

- Strong focus on people leadership and development - Effective management of key stakeholder relationships - Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations
