The Role

As a Project Support Coordinator at Te Pou, you will be responsible for assisting with various projects and programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the workforce in addressing mental health and addiction issues. Your duties will include providing support for research, evaluation, and project activities, coordinating events, and developing workforce development resources. Essential skills for this role include excellent communication and IT skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi principles.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research software
  • Ability to organize and document information systematically
  • Experience in literature searching and data analysis
  • Knowledge and commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi principles
  • Passion for improving outcomes for individuals with mental health and disability challenges
