Role Overview

As the Philanthropy and Partnerships Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic growth in fundraising areas such as major gifts, trusts and foundations, and corporate partnerships for Starship Foundation. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for setting and monitoring budgets, developing strategic relationships, and managing a team of four direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement multi-year fundraising strategies - Cultivate and convert prospects into donors - Lead philanthropy and corporate partnership programs - Manage a team of fundraisers - Monitor and report on performance indicators

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need: - 8-10 years of experience in corporate, major gifts, and grants fundraising - Demonstrated leadership and team management skills - Strong organizational and planning abilities - Experience in stakeholder management
