Job responsibilities:

- Managing tenant accounts - Attending weekly planning meetings - Monitoring payment plans - Maintaining filing systems - Creating monthly reports - Assisting with board reports - Preparing proposals - Receipting payments - Providing a quality level of service to clients - Database management - Debtor management - Building compliance - Tenant communication - Contractor liaison

Qualifications:

- Relevant degree in finance or property management

Skills:

- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel - Experience in working with a property or finance database - Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills - Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritising skills
