Main Responsibilities

• Deliver assessments and recommendations backed by clinical reasoning
• Complete written and verbal summaries of assessments
• Contribute to the development of training and resources for services delivered
• Collaborate and grow with a multidisciplinary team (MDT)

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate

• MA/PG Dip/DClin or similar qualification
• Registration as a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist with the New Zealand Psychologists’ Board
• Membership of a Professional Body like the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists or New Zealand Psychological Society
• Approachability and people-centered disposition

Overseas Psychologists Welcomed

If you are a Psychologist based overseas, we are an accredited employer and provide assistance in the AEWV process, support in gaining registration with the NZ Psychologists Board, and help in settling into New Zealand with a contribution towards relocation costs.
