Job requirements

- Registered Psychotherapist or eligible for registration - Experience in working with children and families who have experienced trauma, particularly Māori and Pacifica - Experience or understanding of working in a contracting role

Job responsibilities

- Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services - Focus on trauma-informed care, cultural competency, and holistic approaches - Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans - Deliver individual and family therapy sessions - 15 hours over 2 days per week, including client time, case noting, and administration

Qualifications

- Registered Psychotherapist or eligible for registration

Skills

- Experience in working with children and families who have experienced trauma - Understanding of Māori and Pacifica communities - Ability to work in a contracting role
