The Role

As a lead builder at CML, you will oversee construction sites, communicate with clients, manage daily activities, and lead a team of builders. Your responsibilities will include coordinating subcontractors, materials, and future tasks while ensuring high-quality building work for our clients. The Ideal Candidate

To thrive in this role, we are looking for a qualified builder with at least 8 years of carpentry experience in commercial or residential settings. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to work hands-on, proactive thinking capabilities, and excellent customer relationship management skills. Health and safety awareness and a clean criminal record are essential requirements.
