We are a small yet dynamic food-manufacturing business located in Manukau, Auckland, seeking a dedicated individual to join our hard-working team. Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for a candidate with the following qualifications and attributes:

• A bachelor’s degree in science, preferably in food science, chemistry, or microbiology
• At least 1 year of experience in laboratory work or food manufacturing
• Proficiency in English, especially in writing documents and reports
• Understanding of regulatory and food safety standards, OMAR requirements, laboratory testing, documentation preparation, and report writing
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Capable of making tough decisions and reporting mistakes promptly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to take on various tasks associated with the business
• Physically fit and able to lift bags up to 25 kg for sampling

What You Will Do

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting QC checks, including working evening shifts occasionally
• Ensuring timely sample and document submissions, even outside standard hours
• Assisting the production team on the line, which may involve physical tasks for short periods
