Position Overview

As the Field Team Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager, Athlete Services. Your role involves overseeing the Commission's Field Team of Educators and Sample Collection Personnel, ensuring compliance with integrity standards and quality practices. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, accreditation, and managing the quality function to maintain high standards of anti-doping education and sample collection.
