Quality Manager Full-time Job

Key points:

Job requirements:

- Proven expertise in process improvement - Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance frameworks - Familiarity with Six Sigma or similar methodologies

Job responsibilities:

- Overhaul document control systems and processes - Develop and implement procedures for change management - Establish and embed QA governance frameworks - Lead 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives - Collaborate with internal teams and industry stakeholders - Conduct regular field QA activities

Qualifications:

- Hands-on and proactive approach to quality management - Strong track record in driving operational and process improvements - Expertise in 5S and lean manufacturing principles

Skills:

- Exceptional relationship management skills - Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
